Company: JB Environmental Services Inc

1. Requests and appointments

Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment, create a service obligation or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed after the service area, pest concern, scope, price and appointment time are agreed.

2. Written scope and pricing

The job quote identifies the property or units, target pests, treatment areas, preparation, included visits, price and applicable taxes. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price. This website does not promise unlimited visits, a free onsite inspection or guaranteed eradication.

3. Returns, preparation and access

Where a return visit is included, it must be stated in the quote. Other visits may be separately priced. Customers receive preparation and access instructions appropriate to the job. Treatment and safety directions come from the qualified service provider.

4. Payment, changes and cancellations

Payment timing and methods, deposits, rescheduling, cancellation charges and refund arrangements are stated in the job-specific service agreement before booking. These website terms do not create a deposit, cancellation charge or automatic renewal.

5. Service responsibilities

JB Environmental Services Inc provides pest-control services. Fuller Growth Labs supports marketing and inquiry coordination. Territory, availability and required service categories are confirmed for each job. Honey bees are excluded; specialist services require confirmation.
